Serves: 4 - 6

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 greed capsicum, sliced
Directions:
- To make the marinade, in a large bowl mix the chicken, yoghurt, salt, pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika, tumeric and crushed garlic. Let sit for ten minutes
- In one large wok, sauté marinated chicken on high heat for 2 minutes, and lower heat. In another large wok, add vegetable oil and sauté sliced onion and capsium for 5 minutes.
- Add the capsicum and onion to the wok with the chicken, and saute until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, grated cheese and finely sliced iceberg lettuce and tortilla’s.
Guacamole
- 2 soft avocados
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime
- 2 tsp paprika power
- 2 tsp salt
Salsa
In a bowl mix tomato's, onion, coriander, lime juice, salt, pepper and paprika. Ready to serve as a side dish.
