Pasta with artichokes and olives.



1 packet artichokes
1 packet pasta
1 bunch of coriander
3 tbps olives
1 garlic clove
olive oil

heat olive oil, and artichockes hearts cut into cubes and stir for 4 to 5 min, then add 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 bunch of coriander finely chopped, the olives, season to ur taste..
After boiling the pasta drain it then add it to the mix, serve with grated parmesan cheese and some lemon zest
